FROM THIS SOIL

The story began in the sweeping farm fields of Fuzhou.

A quiet and humble origin story from the land between two rivers.

The story does not drift far from this soil.

It is a story of family, og generations and of legacy.

It was among the fields of rice and cane, the fragrance of the jasmine flowers, a dream of moving forward was born.

UNDER A SHELTERING SKY

Under the bright sun, across the sweeping landscape and empty sky, the humble ambition grew. Born from the unwavering dedication to the betterment of one’s self, family and community.

A dream of something extraordinary. Fuelled by the innovative spirit to envision the land growing much more than just crops. With nothing more than the rhyme and rhythm of nature, the gentle sound of his beloved buffalo dipping at the water’s edge, the strings of the dream were tuned.

A literal driving ambition began to take shape as the years passed. Driving across the landscape and seeing the land for its true value. Those things people not just survive on, but those things that people thrive on. Those things which brighten the spirit, where one finds true wealth. To build something which lasts not only for some seasons but for all seasons.

EVER FORWARD

Chairman Chen’s heart is always of the land of Banqiao. He has kept the romance of his childhood and his home passionately in his thoughts. The land and his home of the New City. He realised as a young man that the land was maturing and could grow beyond agriculture.

In concert with his farming roots he envisioned how he could grow communities and homes for the people, of the land he so much loves. An inspiration of the agriculture of Architecture. The ultimate development story. Transforming his home land, from a dream to a reality.

As the decades passed his dream lead to notable development across the entirety of northern Taiwan.

Creating and crafting residential and commercial success stories. Forworld became renowned for their quality and quality of living, the next natural place for his heart of hospitality was to develop hotels. Leadership and forward thinking, industrious and commerce driven, but always with what we like to call, “development with a heart”. Wholly embracing that every intention and everything made by Forworld is for a better world, and for the betterment of people’s lives.
